Boulder Views

Boulder Views is a three-bedroom apartment on Victoria Road in Camps Bay, set directly above Barley Beach with uninterrupted views over the Atlantic. It sleeps six, and the building has a lift.

The living and dining areas share one open room, with sliding doors along one full side opening onto the patio, so light moves through the space from morning to late afternoon. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with a Nespresso machine and a washing machine.

Outside there is a private pool, a patio for long lunches and outdoor furniture for the afternoons. The three bedrooms sit back from the living space: two with king beds, one of which can be set up as two singles, and one with a queen. There are three bathrooms, two of them ensuite.

Air conditioning and heating run through the bedrooms and living area, with uncapped 50Mbps fibre and inverter backup for the lights and internet. The main beach, the tidal pool and the restaurants of the Camps Bay strip are a short stroll away.
