Blue Ocean Penthouse

Blue Ocean Penthouse is a five-bedroom villa in Bakoven, at the southern end of Camps Bay, with sea views and room for ten. It has its own entrance at street level and is arranged over several floors, with the living spaces at the top and most of the bedrooms below.

The top level is where the day happens. The lounge, warmed by a gas fireplace, shares the floor with the terrace, and outside there is a private pool, a gas barbecue and an outdoor dining table. The kitchen has a gas hob and oven, a dishwasher, a microwave and a Nespresso machine, with a separate laundry room for the washing machine and dryer.

Four of the five bedrooms are on the lower level, away from the living areas. The main bedroom faces the sea and opens onto its own balcony, and its ensuite has both a bath and a shower. Three more bedrooms look onto the courtyard, and the fifth is on the top floor. Every bedroom has its own ensuite, air conditioning and a desk, and there is a guest toilet as well.

Uncapped 50Mbps fibre, inverter backup for the lights and internet, and a dedicated workspace suit longer stays. Two private garages and two driveway bays cover parking for a larger group.

Bakoven Beach and its granite swimming coves are a short walk away, and the restaurants and beach of the Camps Bay strip are just up the road.
