November to March is summer and the classic beach season, with long, hot days and the liveliest atmosphere in Camps Bay. It is also the busiest and most in demand period, particularly over December and January, so book early.
April, May, September and October are quieter shoulder months with mild weather and fewer crowds. June to November is Southern Right whale season, and the cooler winter months bring green landscapes, cosy evenings and a calmer pace.
