Blue Ocean Residence is a four-bedroom apartment on Victoria Road in Camps Bay, with sea views and space for eight. It is laid out over two levels, and every bedroom opens onto its own balcony or patio.

The open-plan living and dining area takes up the centre of the upper level, with a gas fireplace in the lounge for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher, and there is a washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning runs through the bedrooms, lounge and kitchen.

Outside, a private pool sits beside a terrace with a gas braai. The four bedrooms, one king and three queens, are all ensuite, each with its own workspace, and a guest toilet serves the living areas. Between them they have a sea-facing balcony, a second balcony, a patio with partial sea views and a patio opening onto the main outdoor area.

Uncapped 50Mbps fibre and inverter backup for the lights and internet keep things running, and a double garage takes two cars. The beach, the tidal pool and the restaurants of the Camps Bay strip are a short stroll away.
