Bakoven Beach
A cluster of tiny boulder sheltered coves just south of Camps Bay, in a former fishing enclave that stays quiet even in peak season. Sheltered swimming, snorkelling and the best wind day alternative on the coast.
Everything Within Walking Distance
One of the quiet pleasures of staying in Camps Bay is how little you need to drive. The beach, the tidal pool, the promenade and the restaurant strip are all within a few hundred metres of each other, and the sheltered coves of Bakoven are a ten minute walk south.
